Summary : A circle marked on Crawford's 6" map as a possible barrow could possibly represent a ploughed-out Bronze Age round barrow forming part of the Cursus barrow cemetery (Monument Number 219681) or relate to 20th-century agricultural or military activity. This area was surveyed by English Heritage in April 2009 as part of the Stonehenge WHS Landscape Project but no earthworks relating to the monument were recorded. |

This location falls within the area mapped from aerial photographs by both RCHME's Salisbury Plain Training Area NMP and EH's Stonehenge WHS Mapping Project. The presence of a barrow was not confirmed from the available aerial photographic evidence. (6)
