Summary : House, probably built in the 16th/early 17th century, with an attached tower to the rear. The house was altered in the late 17th century and refenestrated in the 18th century. The tower stands directly on the edge of the cliff. A survey of 1415 refers to a tower on this site, but the present tower appears to be 17th century in date. |

The tower house was built in 1412-15 on the edge of a steep precipice. in about 1500 part of the tower's south wall was pulled down and a manor house built against it. (6)
