Summary : The site of Roman turret 19B, part of the defences on Hadrian's Wall. There are no visible remains; it is now located beneath a modern road.

"NZ 0237 6864" (4). Located and excavated in 1932 the turret is of the standard B series (door at W end of S wall). Amongst the finds was a small uninscribed altar. (2-4)

No visible remains; the site is covered by a modern road. (5)

There are no visible remains of the turret at NZ 0237 6864; the excavated site is now beneath the modern road. (6)
