Summary : Medieval chapel now converted into a cottage. The chapel was originally a pilgrimage chapel of St James, the only surviving example of Glastonbury's three slipper chapels. It is constructed of stone rubble with a pantile roof.

One original 3-light window with cusped heads in south all. Sash window on ground floor to left, glazing bars. Plain wooden door. Sole survivor of Glastonbury's 3 'slipper chapels'. (4)
