Summary : Earthwork remains of Medieval cultivation terraces.
More information : (NY 93697505, NY 93757490, NY 93887496) Cultivation Terraces (L.B.) (1) A series of terrace lines in Swinburn Park. (2) Three groups of cultivation terraces, now under pasture in parkland. The terraces vary in width between 3.0m and 6.0m and are intermingled with prominent rig-and-furrow. The whole area of cultivation is probably medieval. (3) Condition unchanged. (4)
