More information : The cropmark remains of part of a probable Neolithic long barrow visible as an elongated ditched enclosure visible at TF 4278 7126 on aerial photographs and mapped as part of the Historic England: Lincolnshire Long Barrows Assessment Project. The site appears as the north-eastern (89m long) side and south-eastern (18m) side of an incomplete elongated ditched enclosure. A modern field boundary runs along the long axis of the barrow and only a small hint of the barrow ditch can be seen to the south of this boundary on aerial photographs taken in 1986. There is no apparent earthwork trace of the barrow mound visible. This site was formerly included within NRHE 355630. (1-2)
