| Summary : A linear feature of uncertain date is visible as an earthwork on air photographs. A ditch can be seen running through pasture fields to the east of Lady Canning's Plantation on a north-east south-west alignment. It is clearly overlain by the current enclosure walls. To the south-west, the feature appears to run across Burbage Moor where it is defined by a broad bank with flanking ditches. This section had been previously published as the potential course of a Roman road between Navio and Brough or an alternative route for the current Houndkirk Road. |

A ditch can be seen running through pasture fields to the east of Lady Canning's Plantation on a north-east south-west alignment. It is clearly overlain by the current enclosure walls.
