More information : Iron Age/Roman rectilinear enclosure complex, visible as cropmarks on aerial photography, TA 1408 1464. The feature consists of a rectilinear enclosure of three sides, with further subdivisions within. The complex measures 160 by 90 metres. The external ditch contains a gap at one corner, and one edge either incomplete or not surviving. It is unclear whether these gaps are entrances or not. Of the subdivisions, five are of roughly the same size (23 by 34 metres), with two smaller enclosures as well (11 by 30 metres). The feature is also located nearby other cropmarks dating from the Roman and Iron Age/Roman periods(UID: 1566504 and UID: 1566502).
