Summary : Two eight-storey tower blocks built as part of a public housing development. The blocks contains 124 dwellings in total. Construction is of in-situ reinforced concrete frame with brick cavity panels. The development was approved on 12th January 1970 and commenced on 1st April of the same year.
More information : The blocks were constructed by Elland Urban District Council. The Primary and Alternate addresses are the individual addresses of each tower block; all are current and of equal status. The Alternate Name is the name that was given to the contract for the development. (1)

The blocks were part of a mixed development, which altogether provided 93 one-bedroom flats, 31 two-bedroom flats, 44 two-bedroom maisonettes, 13 three-bedroom maisonettes, 4 two-bedroom houses and 8 three-bedroom houses. (2)
