Summary : Three sixteen-storey tower blocks built as part of a public housing development in Worsley Mesnes. The blocks contain a total of 276 dwellings. The Bison industrialised building system was used for construction. Biggins Sargent Partnership were the architects used for the development. Construction was approved by committee in 1964. All of the blocks are now demolished.

The Alternate Name is the name that was given to the contract for the development. (1)

Construction commenced in September 1964. (2) The date of demolition is unknown.

The blocks were part of a mixed public housing development. J. Gerrard & Son Ltd.'s tender for the contract was £1,134,117. The contract incorporated 486 dwellings and 186 garages. (3)

J. Gerrard & Son Ltd., constructed the blocks in conjunction with Concrete (Northern) Ltd. (3)
