Summary : Site of a Second World War light anti aircraft (Diver) battery north-waest of Hope Farm. Probably armed with 40mm guns, it was manned by 414 Battery of 131 Anti Aircraft Regiment when it was deployed here on 26th August 1944. It formed part of the 71 Light Anti Aircraft Artillery Brigade deployment.
