Summary : A Bronze Age bowl barrow forming part of the Little Down Barrow Group. The barrow was designated as Durnford 3 by Grinsell (1957) and field investigations in 1972 found it surviving as a slight amorphorus earthwork 0.4 metres high.

(1) One of three bowl barrows of the Little Down Group: Barrow C, Durnford 3; hollow centre in the mound, 8 paces x 1.5 feet. (2) Barrow C is a mound 0.4 metres high which may possibly be a barrow though its small size and amorphous appearance make identification uncertain. (3) The barrow was not visible on available aerial photographs. (4)
