Summary : A World War II pillbox at East Weare Camp, Portland. The pillbox was one of six surrounding the East Weare Batteries and was constructed sometime between 1940-41. It has an irregular six-sided plan and is built of reinforced concrete. A field visit in 1997 found the structure to be in a good condition.
