More information : Pillbox forms part of the close defence of RAF Leconfield aerodrome. Irregular hexagon with blast wall. By A164 road, N of railway bridge, Molescroft, Leconfield. (1) A Second World War pillbox is visible as a structure on air photographs, centred at TA 0193 4184. The feature forms part of the perimeter defence to RAF Leconfield (UID 1401624). The latest evidence for the pillbox is uncertain due to dense tree cover on the latest 2008 vertical photography. (2)
