| Summary : A World War Two blister aircraft hangar at RAF Northolt, built in 1943. It is situated adjacent to the larger aircraft hangar (Type T2) on the north side of the flying field. The Blister hangars were added to the airfield's facilities as the base became busier. This example has had brick ends added (possibly post war), and is clad in corrugated iron. The hangar is referred to as Building 120 in the internal numbering scheme of RAF Northolt. |
