Summary : A centurial stone fallen from the south face of the Wall was found 104 yards west of Turret 45A during conservation work in 1960.
More information : [NY 672 662] Seven centurial stones found in 1960 at distances between 104 and 323 yards west of Turret 45a (1) have been deposited by Ministry of Public Building Works before 1969 in the Museum of Antiquities, Newcastle upon Tyne (2). (1-2)

A centurial stone fallen from the south face of the Wall was found 104 yards west of Turret 45A during conservation work in 1960. 11a in Authority 1. Positioned on RCHME 1:2500 overlay from description in Authority 1. The other building stones have now been given separate records - NY 66 NE 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 and 56. (3)
