Turret 43B was located by exploratory excavation in 1912 a hundred yards beyond the edge of Cockmount Hill Wood. (2-3)

There are no visible remains. (4)

Now there is no trace on the ground, the position of the turret in the area NY 6935 6684 cannot be verified. (5)
