Summary : Former Wesleyan Methodist chapel built in 1863, the chapel closed in 1994 and was converted into flats in 1997. The building is of red brick with yellow brick dressings and a hipped roof. The three-bay front has giant pilasters which carry segmental arches which enclose the paired upper windows.
