Summary : Aircraft BB209 was a Handley Page Halifax Mark II British heavy bomber. It was one of a batch of 200 delivered by the London Aircraft Production Group between January 1942 and July 1943. The aircraft served with 158 Squadron, and was abandoned near Castle Bytham in bad weather on the 19th of November 1942 after a mission to Turin.
