More information : (TG 52530801). A small tower stood in the SE corner of St. Nicholas old churchyard. Remains of the tower are still visible. (For a general history of the Medieval Town Wall, see TG 50 NW 2). (1)

A fragment survives; utilised as a buttress. (2)
