More information : Five sections of the Roman Road are visible as earthworks and soilmarks on air photographs between Ogden reservoir, Halifax and Denholme. Between SE 0634 3124 and SE 0670 3163 the road is visible aligned south-west to north-east as an indistinct earthwork bank and the soil mark of a single ditch. Between SE 0700 3344, although discontinuous, the road is better defined by two distinct parallel earthwrok ditches, overall width 24 metres, aligned north to south.
