Apart from a piece of masonry about 4ft square in the NW corner of
the moat, there are no other visible remains of the Old Hall. The
remains of the moat is in good condition and the eastern arm is
water-filled to a depth of about 2ft. The south and western arms have
sloped about 10ft deep. There are no remains of the northern arm. (2)

The masonry has now been pushed into the water. The published 25"
survey has been revised. (3)
