Summary :
Two cropmark ring ditches are visible as cropmarks in the vicinity of the possible long barrow or mortuary enclosure TL 81 NW 32. One is just 25 metres to the northeast, while the other is around 120 metres to the east. In 1996, Deverel Rimbury pottery was reportedly recovered from the area of a ring ditch in the vicinity of the henge TL 81 NW 81. The ring ditch in question may well be one of the two recorded here, although it is not entirely clear. These ring ditches were originally recorded as part of TL 81 NW 32. See that record for additional information and sources.
