Hob Uid: 1154471
Location :
Lincolnshire
South Kesteven

Summary : Finds of Roman material reported from Haconby. Whitwell lists pottery, building debris, "visible remains" and a saltern at TF 147255 but provides no further detail. The sole source is the Car Dyke Research Group Records. Scott includes the site in her gazetteer of Roman villas, although the presence of a villa is clearly conjectural on the basis of the available evidence.
