More information : (SO 73654710). Cradley Parish Hall was built in the 15th century and was formerly a school-house. (Published as School on OS 6" 1955). Some repairs were made c1674 and the projecting N wing may be of this date. The building was restored in the 19th century when the upper floor was removed and the porch added. The timber framing is exposed on all sides. (See Illustrations Card). (1) The Parish Hall situated at SO 73654710 has now had its porch removed but otherwise it is as described by the Royal Commission. (2) A good example of a 15th century house, well restored and maintained but not outstanding in this area. (3)
