Summary : A Bronze Age disc barrow, listed by Grinsell as Wilsford 64a, and part of the barrow group recorded as SU 13 NW 1. According to Colt Hoare, it had been opened prior to his visit in the early 19th century. The barrow is extant as an earthwork bank, 0.2m high, and ditch, 0.2m deep, 50 metres in diameter with a small central mound 0.5 metres high. There may have been a second mound east or south-east of the centre but of this there is now no sign. |
