Summary : A Bronze Age bowl barrow, listed by Grinsell as Wilsford 61 and part of the barrow group recorded as SU 13 NW 1. Excavated in the early 19th century by Colt Hoare, who found it to be "unproductive". The barrow is extant as an earthwork mound 1.2 metres high and 17 metres in diameter; there is no sign of a ditch but the monument is heavily overgrown. |
