Summary : Covered yards, stables and feeding boxes at Model Farm, 40 metres south of the farm house. Constructed in 1856 of flemish bond brick with a corrugated iron roof, flanked by Welsh slate roofs. The central covered yard is flanked by two loose boxes and stables with a harness room. Two roothouses, feeding stalls, boxes and a piggery are also present. The buildings are part of the Home Farm complex which was part of the Shirburn Castle Estate.

It had both open and closed yards and a steam engine to power both farm and estate yard machinery. It survives essentially intact. (4)
