More information : (SO 45615520) MOAT (NR). (1) Homestead moat. (2) SO 45625517. The NW, SW and SE arms of a rectangular moat with sides of 50.0m, 70.0m and 50.0m respectively. The NW & SE arms are waterfilled. The SW arm which is dry, is 1.6m deep. Published Survey 25" revised. Ground disturbance to the north of the moat is probably the result of quarrying for gravel or marl. (3) Scheduled, National Number 31969. (4)
