Summary : A Bronze Age bronze spearhead in Tullie House Museum, Carlisle, is alleged to have been found in Carlisle, although it may have been found in the vicinity of Netherby Fort (NY 37 SE 2).
More information : (NY 3955) A middle Bronze Age spearhead (Class IV)
allegedly found at Carlisle, is in the Tullie House Museum, (Acc No
35 1949 1), although it may have possibly come from Netherby Fort
(NY 37 SE 2). So many finds have been made near Netherby Fort that
the situation is confused. (1)
