Summary : Possible World War II searchlight battery and pillbox.
More information : A World War II searchlight battery was seen as earthworks, and
latterly as cropmarks, and mapped from good quality air
photographs. Gun and searchlight emplacements, buildings and
trackways are centred at SK 9109 3050. Across the road is a
pillbox, centred at SK 9109 3043. (Morph No. LI.734.3.1-18)
