Summary : Possible Prehistoric or Roman enclosures and boundary seen as cropmarks.
More information : Possible Prehistoric or Roman ditched enclosures were seen as
cropmarks and mapped from good quality air photographs. Three
rectilinear enclosures, one measuring 25m by 20m, the others 10m by
10m, are centred at SK 8784 4953. Perpendicular ditched boundaries
adjacent to the enclosures could be part of a fourth enclosure.
