More information : The following features were seen as cropmarks and mapped from poor
quality air photographs:-

Potential Roman field system, rectilinear ditch-defined system of
nine conjoined enclosures with an average breadth of 20m; some
elements of the system are rather sinuous. On the west side of the
system, two parallel ditches may be those of an integral trackway.
