Ten medieval or post-medieval tin prospecting pits, one of which is formed of three or four conjoined pits, are visible as earthworks on visualisations of Environment Agency 1m Lidar data flown in 2021. The majority are located in a north-east to south-west trending line centered on SX 73959 78712, with four individual pits immediately to the south. The site was mapped from aerial sources in 2023 during the Historic England Dartmoor-Plym project. (2)
