Summary : Large parish church of Norman origins, although of the Norman period only a reset doorway survives. The piers of the crosswing and the West parts of the chancel are circa early 13th century. The large crosswing tower was rebuilt in the 13th century and restored in 1896. North aisle and porch 1525-30, South aisle built in 1800. This is probably on the site of the earlier minster (SY29NE20).
