MONUMENT NO. 422418

The remains of a well associated with the Goldherring settlement. A horse-shoe shaped wall surrounds the modern well. It is constructed of large granite slabs, and is 0.7 m. high on the outside and 1.8 m. deep. This wall is all that remains of what was probably the original structure. The well itself is concrete covered with an iron manhole.
