(SU 8984 1370 & 8969 1380) In December 1995, RCHME carried out a field investigation of a Neolithic enclosure (SU 81 SE 5) on Court Hill as part of the project to record Industry and Enclosure in the Neolithic (1).

In the course of the survey numerous flint waste flakes were observed, particularly on the ploughed N side of Court Hill. Two tools were collected: a scraper exposed in the track along the S side of the enclosure, and a finely retouched blade in ploughsoil on the N.
